Quality Management Construction supervision by regular site visits and inspection of work in progress. Make recommendations were necessary to solve any construction problems that may arise from day to day on site. Clarify any uncertainties relating to specifications shown on relevant drawings. Photographing project progress for detailed off site analysis and reporting.
Risk Management Identifying project risk factors and establishing effective responses to prevent them from affecting the successful completion of the project as planned. Risk factors may include security issues, health and safety factors, internal or external environmental hazards etc.
Communication Management Liaison with stakeholders, owners who may be family members at home or abroad, contractors, suppliers and any other relevant project participants. Preparation of amendment drawings if necessary. Providing owner with written reports on status of project at regular intervals as may be required. Scheduling meetings and assigning responsibilities. Generating all relevant project management planning documents. These documents will be used during the life cycle of the project to track progress and solve impeding problems before they inadvertently affect the projects schedule and budgeted targets. Maintaining electronic and hard copy records of all transactions and events as they occur throughout the project, for future reference and analysis.
